In the course, you will learn about the practical aspects of implementing the requirements of the standard regarding the involvement and participation of employees in building an effective management system. You will familiarize yourself with case studies on incident investigation methods and learn how to assess risks from operational activities: from methodology development to practical application.
You will know about the requirements of the health and safety management system;
Learn to identify stakeholders, their needs and expectations, and build a work plan for interacting with them;
After the training you will:

The course is aimed at forming practical skills, so 20% of the time is devoted to practical cases.

Day 1
  • 10.00 – 11.00 Getting to know the participants and formulating a request from the audience regarding the key problems in the implementation of the occupational health and safety management system. Review of modern approaches to the implementation of the occupational health and safety system of advanced FMCG companies and the ISO 45001 standard.
  • 11.00 - 12.00 Building a stakeholder matrix and SWOT analysis as tools for building a successful occupational safety management system (practical exercise).
  • 13.00 - 15.00 Leadership and involvement of management.
  • 15.00 - 17.00 Behavioral safety programs.
Day 2
  • 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Involvement of employees in occupational safety and health issues (case studies).
  • 13.00 - 15.00 Determination of key performance indicators and monitoring. Pyramid of Security. Constant damage.
  • 15.00 - 17.00 Risk assessment: from assessment of business processes to assessment of work operations.
Day 3
  • 10.00 - 12.00 Emergency management: from a dangerous situation to a crisis.
